G3 Twice as Fancy Milky Way, 2009

This G3 version of the G1 Twice as Fancy pony Milky Way features glittery symbols all over her body. These have been sealed with two layers of matte Mod Podge. Her eyes are fully repainted and have been sealed with Aleene's Paper Glaze for a nice, wet-look gloss.
Milky Way was rehaired with Dollyhair.com nylon hair Virgin Snow, and was given a third row of hair plugs for her "unicorn stripe" in Water Nixie.
